Wonderful news, everything has gone great! Thank you so much for your prayer.
The surgery went great. They only had to remove 1/2 the thyroid as the cells didn't come back as cancerous! Yay! They will be doing further testing in the cells in the next week so please continue to pray that all of those come back normal.
Right now she just recovers. As someone who just underwent surgery, I think one of the most frustrating parts is coming out of the grogginess. It just feels like a cloud and is so hard to wake up, especially when you have young kids. Thankfully, they will be with my parents for a while. So pray for her coming out of that and also for her soreness.
Thanks again for your prayers! They were a huge encouragement to our family.

Woo Hoo! God is good! We will definitely be praying that further testing will just confirm that there are no cancer cells. Let us know if they/you need anything...meals, playdates, etc.
Oh wonderful!! Carolyn (Scott's sister) had all of her thyroid removed because of cancerous cells...will Robin need to be on syntheroid? If she ever needs/wants to talk to someone who's been through it, Carolyn is the best! Let me know. God is good!!
